A Cool Custom Method for Sculpting in AR

Lee Vermeulen continues experimenting with fluid physics in augmented reality.

In case you missed it, around half a year ago, we showcased the incredible experiments with fluid physics in augmented reality shared by Lee Vermeulen, an AR/VR Game Developer and Co-Founder of a development studio Alientrap Games. Back then, Vermeulen immensely impressed us by setting up a fluid simulation in AR, which allows the developer to manipulate the particles and play around with them, using ZibraAI's Zibra Liquids.

Six months later, the creator continues the series of experiments, pushing the simulation to new limits and adding more and more features to it. This time, the developer wowed us by showcasing a neat method for sculpting in augmented reality by freezing the simulation in place and making it so that a hand touch removes the particles, allowing one to produce simple sculpts. According to the developer, the new iteration of the simulation was set up with Zibra Liquids Pro.
