The game looks better than ever.
Check out a project by modder GameSource that reimagines the look of the legendary GTA Vice City. The mod reinvents the game's visuals and adds better shadows, rain effects, puddles, realistic reflections, and more. It doesn't reinvent the core, of course, but should you really change something perfect? The thing is that it appears to be a GTAV map mod with enhanced details rather than a remastered version so Rockstart might take it down.
The mod is said to be running with GeForce RTX 3090, Ryzen 7 5800X, and 32GB RAM and it is obvious that you need a beast to launch all the additional effects. You can check out the developer's Patreon page where you can find other Reshade presets for well-known Rockstar games.
