A Sticky Simulation Set Up in Houdini

This realistic-looking simulation was created by Nahele Campbell.

3D Freelance Artist Nahele Campbell has unveiled an awesome new project made to study organic textures. This time, the artist presented a realistic-looking sticky simulation that looks like an unusual combination of clay and orange jelly. According to the creator, the project was made with Houdini and Redshift and utilizes the former's Vellum Grains, a neat tool that lets you pick a piece of geometry and configure it as Vellum grains, which can then be added to the active simulation and merged with any other existing vellum objects.
