GraphN Visual Coding Tool is Now Available in Early Access

Artists can now create new tools with zero coding knowledge.

Polygonflow announced that their GraphN tool that gives artists tools they've dreamt of is now available in early access. The toolkit features a visual coding interface that lets artists create the tools they want, with zero coding knowledge required.

GraphN is described as a visual coding software for artists that features hundreds of nodes with extensive tags, descriptions and names that are familiar to artists. The system is powered by subgraphs and portals that allow saving time on spaghetti node graphs.

There's GraphN Library that comes as a companion app to GraphN. It integrates itself within a 3D tool or game engine of your choice. Users can create tools in GraphN or use ready-made tools with GraphnN.

The very first release includes deep integration with Autodesk Maya 2020 and 2022, plus Unreal Engine 5. The team is also working on Unreal Engine 4 and Blender support.

"GraphN was built from day one to be an artist-centric tool, where artists can create tools by typing exactly what they have in mind, and get exactly what they were expecting," wrote Polygonflow. "You've seen them in feature requests of other node softwares: portals, lists, branching, subgraphs and so many other features. GraphN gives them all to you on day one."
