Chaosgroup released a beta version of V-Ray for Revit, modeling software for architects.
V-RAY 5 For Revit Beta comes with the following key features:
- Sped-up workflow: V-Ray Vision allows you to see your model in real-time while you’re developing it.
- New approaches to lighting: the new Light Mix feature gives room for experiments with lighting setup.
- Post-processing tools: updated Frame Buffer comes with a handful of new features that will allow you to do all the post-processing work within the software.
V-Ray for Revit also comes with new options for a more efficient workflow such as an ability to so sketches in one click using global Contours setting, streamlined proxy material setup, adding realism to Revit materials, and more.
