You Will:

 

  • Define and communicate the overarching creative direction for immersive experiences, ensuring alignment with brand goals and the strategic objectives of Partner Innovation Studio.
  • Lead and inspire internal and external creatives, to deliver world-class experiences that engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Develop compelling narratives and visual strategies that resonate with global brands and their audiences, translating brand identities into dynamic, interactive experiences.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of creative vision with technical execution, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in interactive design on Roblox.
  • Serve as the creative lead in Partner meetings and presentations, articulating concepts and ideas clearly while addressing feedback to evolve the creative vision in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually elevate the quality and impact of our work, positioning the studio as an innovator in the interactive and immersive space.
  • Ensure creative consistency and excellence across all deliverables, from concept to final execution, maintaining the highest standards of design, storytelling, and audience engagement.

 


You Have:

 

  • 10+ years of experience in a creative leadership role within the digital media, entertainment, or gaming industries.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality creative work that drives engagement and resonates with global audiences.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-disciplinary teams through all stages of the creative process.
  • Expertise in interactive design, digital storytelling, and immersive experiences, with an understanding of emerging trends in creative technology.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to express creative concepts and encourage both internal teams and external partners.
  • A passion for innovation, storytelling, and pushing the creative boundaries of what’s possible in immersive media
