Your privacy is critically important to us. At 80 level we have a few fundamental principles:

- “cookies information” of the user (session and persistent cookie files).
Purposes and Legal Basis for the Processing
Legitimate Interests. We process your information for our legitimate interests while applying appropriate safeguards that protect your privacy. We will not rent or sell Personal Information to anyone. Other than to our employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described below, we disclose Personal Information only if it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond pursuant to applicable law or regulations, to legal process, or to government requests; (b) enforce applicable terms and policies, including for investigations of potential violations; (c) detect, investigate, prevent, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of our users or 80 level.
Communicate with you. If you are a registered user of the Site and have supplied your email address, we may occasionally send you an email to a) tell you about new features, b) solicit your feedback, c) manage your personal account with us, d) contact you regarding any Business Proposal (if you are the Job-seeker see Job-seeker Terms), e) just keep you up to date with what’s going on with 80 level and our products. We primarily use our various product blogs to communicate this type of information, so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum. If you send us a request (for example via email@example.com or via one of our feedback mechanisms on the Site), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. We take all measures reasonably necessary to protect against unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of Personal Information.
Aggregated Statistics. We may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors on the Site. 80 level may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, 80 level does not disclose this information other than as described below.
Sharing your Personal Information
We disclose Personal Information only to our employees, contractors, Clients (if you are the Job-seeker see Job-seeker Terms) and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on our behalf or to provide services vailable at our Site, and (ii) have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors may be located outside of your home country; by using our Site, you give 80 level your consent to the transfer of such information to them.
We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 16 or under the minimum legal age under local legal requirements in the state, province, or jurisdiction of residence (“Child”). If you are under the age of 16 or other minimum legal age, please do not submit any Personal Information through the Site. If you have reason to believe that a Child has provided Personal Information to us through the Site, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete any stored information from our databases.
You may, at any time, decline to submit Personal Information to us; in which case, you may not be able to use certain services.
If your Personal Information changes, you may correct, update, amend, remove, or ask to have it removed by making the change by contacting us at via firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon request we will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your Personal Information. If you no longer desire our Site, you may deactivate/delete your account entirely by contacting us directly. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
