11 Bit Studios Is Looking for People to Test The Alters

The Alters, a new project from This War of Mine and Frostpunk developer 11 Bit Studios, has proceeded to the testing stage. The company is looking for people who want to take part in the closed testing on July 15 and 16.

The participants will be given pizza, beverages, and around $46 after the testing is over. However, the company has mentioned that in order to participate, the testers will need to be physically present in their office in Warsaw.

In June 2022, 11 Bit unveiled its next game, The Alters, which tells the story of a worker named Jan Dolski, who is trying to survive on a remote planet by creating alternate versions of himself. But it soon turns out that the alleged helpers have turned into separate individuals, and he is driven by different motives and emotions.

The game will make a player ask meaningful questions about life, which might even encourage them to explore a deeper self. The Alters doesn't have a release date yet, but extensive testing may mean that development is approaching the final stage. You can learn more about testing here.
