Alan Rosenfeld shared his latest R&D.
3D Lighting Artist Alan Rosenfeld conducted this R&D using the Ultra Dynamic Sky plug-in on the shaders of a MetaHuman in Unreal Engine 5, experimenting with rain.
"The MetaHuman has much better geometry and UVs to see the effect. I'm still experimenting with it. I've only been playing with this technique for a few days. It may have limitations I'm investigating, and I will publish an article on it very soon", commented the artist.
