Battle Aliens in War of the Worlds, an Indie Hardcore Survival Horror

Ready for a new challenge in the survival horror genre? This time, you are tasked with fighting against an alien invasion with War of the Worlds, a new indie open-world survival game by FlipSwitch Games.

As for your objective in this game, it's quite simple — survival. But in a world teeming with threats both from extraterrestrial entities and fellow humans, the path to survival is filled with challenges. 

In this open-world setting, you are thrown into a landscape prowled by giant alien machines, exterminating any humans they detect. Managing your resources becomes a vital survival skill as you scavenge and loot through buildings for food, tools, and essential supplies to fend off dehydration or starvation amidst this alien invasion apocalypse.

The alien machines, however, aren't the only dangers to contend with. Hostile survivors may pose threats, potentially robbing you of your hard-earned resources, vehicles, or even your life. In this grim reality, you do find pockets of resistance, witnessing the military's attempts to fight back, and you can even commandeer military vehicles to join in the counterattack.

A unique multiplayer experience in War of the Worlds allows you to choose your allegiance — humans or aliens. Should you join the aliens, your goal is to exterminate all humans, harvest their blood, and use it to fertilize the earth. On the other hand, as a human ally, your mission is to outlast the alien onslaught long enough to discover a way to defeat them.
