Check out a Strategic Turn-Based Zombie Survival Roguelike

Longplay Studios, a Korea-based indie studio, has released the 1.0 version of Terminus: Zombie Survivors.

Today, let’s dive into Terminus: Zombie Survivors, a newly launched turn-based zombie survival roguelike set in a world during a zombie apocalypse.

Longplay Studios

Being one of the few survivors, you will have to survive harsh situations, including hunger, low temperature, and starving zombies, and escape to reach a safe destination — the Terminus. As a roguelike, the game features randomly generated maps with over 150 areas to explore. Each of the actions will consume Action Points (AP), and the strategic part of the game lies in the management of AP. “Use too little, and you might not find the resources needed to survive. Use too many, and you may leave yourself open to attack.”

As a survival game, craft, cooking, and resource management are the major parts of the gameplay. Terminus: Zombie Survivors offers 15 classes to choose from, including Soldier, Police Officer, or Farmer. No matter which class you decide to join, you will need to eat, sleep, and keep warm along the journey. Collect useful materials to craft tools and weapons and enlarge your arsenal in order to fight off the zombie hordes. The sandbox mode allows players to adjust settings, like spawn rates and resource availability, to create a customized survival experience.

The 1.0 version of the game was launched last month, which included some newly developed features, like the ability to add notes to locations, new survival skills including fishing, farming, and cooking, and more:
