An artist known as FunSizedThought showcased a tool for the automated animation of a sword scabbard.

The creator showcased a rig for the automated animation of a sword scabbard, which makes the animating workflow easier. The rig can work for swords, holsters, shotgun shells, revolver bullets, and tools.

The artist described a mechanism that he used in creating the setup. According to the creator, the control bone is multifunctional. The sword and scabbard have tip and handle bones, and as the control is moved, it aligns the tip and handle bones in sequence. The scabbard bones are linked to the control, allowing you to draw with a single motion.
