Create Photorealistic Urban Scenes in UE5 with This Asset Pack

Get the London City – Camden asset pack with 50% off until September 11.

If you want to create a game or movie scene set in an urban environment, check out this London City – Camden asset pack by CGHero and The Vertex Guild.

The pack is a collection of assets that will help you create realistic suburb and street scenes. It has 287 unique meshes with up to 4k textures across 20 master materials, customizable materials and shaders, a modular building kit, and a demo level, which can serve as a source of inspiration for your own environment.

The pack has been created using on site 3D Scans taken with RealityScan and RealityCapture. It supports Nanite and Lumen for Unreal Engine 5.0+ and has additional controls for Albedo, Roughness, normals, custom textures, etc.

You can create buildings with various wall colors and lifelike windows and doors as well as add neon signs, street clocks, and other street elements, such as trash bins, street lamps, and traffic lights, with an animated shader available.

Take a look at a walkthrough and the working process:

You can get the pack with 50% off until September 11th, 9 AM ET.

Great designs, and an amazing pack. It would be nice to see other parts of England created in UE5 like this.

Good article to 80Level well done.
