Congrats to the team on its 3rd anniversary!
Embark Studios, a studio launched by ex-DICE developers who created several Battlefield games, shared a look at its debut open-world PvP project.
"Embark is celebrating 3 years! So what have we accomplished? We’ve grown to more than 250 game makers, we’ve got big plans for the future, and a few projects we are just itching to share. To celebrate, we thought we’d share a glimpse of *another* unannounced game in the works," wrote the team on Twitter.
Embark is a Stockholm-based studio, founded by Patrick Söderlund, the former executive vice president at EA and CEO of DICE. One year ago, he said they had 200 people working on a "cooperative free-to-play action game set in a distant future."
A little is known about the project but the team previously reported they are using Unreal Engine, Blender, and implementing machine learning-based approaches to optimize the production.
