The 39th annual Game Developers Conference is almost here, returning to San Francisco this March with five days of innovative talks, workshops, tools, and invaluable networking opportunities. The Epic Games team will be there to share insights on everything from the Unreal Editor for Fortnite roadmap to how Epic Account Services helps developers reach a network of over 850 million players, with sessions running Wednesday to Thursday.
On March 19, Epic Games will kick off with a talk titled Why Build with Unreal Editor for Fortnite, exploring the benefits of using UEFN to build your game, what it means to be a developer in the Fortnite ecosystem, and the vast opportunities available for both new and experienced game developers. The following day features an array of insightful sessions, such as Crash Course for New Unreal Engine Developers, Building AAA Content with Unreal Editor for Fortnite, Moving to Mobile: Workflows for Unreal Engine Mobile Development, Preempting Challenges in AAA Unreal Engine Development, Scaling Parental Consent and Verification in Fortnite with Kids Web Services sharing their expertise, and Dynamic Destruction in UE5 with the Chaos Destruction System.
