New Content For The Talos Principle 2 Hinted: Presumably A DLC

Fans of The Talos Principle series might have some exciting content to look forward to, as developer Croteam teases potential new content for The Talos Principle 2. A tweet posted on the game's official Twitter account has stirred speculation around a possible DLC release.

Spotted by PC Gamer, Jonas Kyratzes, one of the game's writers, later retweeted the post, adding the suggestive phrase, "Here we go…"

Launched in 2014, The Talos Principle is a philosophical puzzle game where players, as sentient AIs, navigate simulated ancient ruins. Guided by the creator's voice, players solve intricate puzzles, exploring themes of intelligence and meaning in a doomed world.

The sequel, Talos Principle 2, was published in November of 2023 and quickly gained acclaim, scoring an Overwhelmingly Positive review rating of 95 on Steam. Within two weeks after it was launched, it was reportedly sold over 100k copies. 

While the nature of this "new world" remains a mystery, the anticipation is certainly building among the game's dedicated fan base, as almost all comments on this post are excitedly calling for a 'DLC'.
