LogInSHIFT UP is also working on a multi-platform project codenamed "Project Witches."
SHIFT UP, the developer behind PS5-exclusive action-adventure Stellar Blade, is thinking about a PC version of the game and maybe even a sequel.
This came from their recent IPO filing on the Korea Composite Stock Price Index (as spotted by Gematsu). They're also planning to launch a cross-platform project, code-named Project Witches.

Regarding Stellar Blade, the document states:
“For Stellar Blade, we have plans to introduce new gameplay elements, including downloadable content releases, a PC version, and new [intellectual property] collaborations."
"There are many precedents for AAA titles to evolve into [intellectual property] franchises by extending their lifespan through a series of high-quality sequels and maintaining a long-term monetization base. As a result, we are exploring the possibility of a PC version of Stellar Blade and a sequel.”
However, release dates for these potential expansions are not mentioned.

As for the upcoming project, the filing mentions that "we are developing a new intellectual property-based game, Project Witches, for release in 2027 or later." This upcoming project is set to go global, with a release across consoles, PCs, and mobiles with cross-play capabilities.

Project Witches is still in its early stages, but SHIFT UP describes it as their “next-generation mega subculture intellectual property.” If you're wondering what a "subculture intellectual property" is, think Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, or Fate/Grand Order. The studio is keen to accelerate development by 2024 by attracting fresh talent to the team.
