Katsuhiro Harada, Producer and Game Director of the Tekken series, said on his LinkedIn that he was "open to work," which scared the community, but he later reassured the audience that he only wanted to "meet more people."

On his LinkedIn page, Harada changed his job status to "Open to work," listing such positions as Executive Producer, Game Director, Vice President of Business Development, Business Development Executive, and Vice President Marketing. This update scared the fans that the developer might have left Bandai Namco, which had been his place of work for 30 years.

However, the developer reassured the community that he had changed the status only to expand his network of communications: "I just want to meet more people and expand my horizons in the future."

"I can talk to a lot of people when I turn this option on. Just that," he added.

Before, Harada shared why he thought younger players preferred team games and explained why Tekken 8 had microtransactions.
