As the Fallout TV series is getting more and more popular, with over 65 million people watching it, which is a new record for Prime Video shows, Bethesda has got something in its pocket.

In a recent interview with Kinda Funny Games, Todd Howard, the boss of Bethesda, hinted at the possibility of the studio working on two secret Fallout projects, with no details currently revealed at the time.

"We look at what we are doing with the [Fallout] franchise and then we say do we still feel good about — I can't reveal it now — but here is our runway for Fallout as a franchise," shared Howard.

When is Season 2 happening. What are we doing on mobile. What are we doing in [Fallout 76]. What are we doing with this thing. What are we doing with this other thing. And when are these landing. And again if I could snap my fingers and have them all be out and ready I would. But the main thing is how do we deliver these at a high-quality level. That is always most important."

As stated by IGN, these recent comments might hint at the development of at least two projects, but there is uncertainty surrounding their specifics and release dates.

One potential project is the Fallout 3 Remaster, mentioned in documents accidentally shared by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), aiming for completion by the end of the financial year 2024.

Additionally, Howard has mentioned that Fallout 5 will debut after the release of Elder Scrolls VI. Given the early stages of Elder Scrolls VI, it is likely that Fallout 5's launch may not occur until 2030 or beyond.
