A New Version of PropHaus' Pack for Realistic Suburban Towns in Unreal Engine

The new pack comes with 615 modular assets for creating American-inspired residential houses.

PropHaus has released Residential Houses Vol.2, a new version of the team's modular asset pack that can be used to build American-style residential houses and suburban environments.

Much like the pack's previous version, Residential Houses Vol.2 includes both exterior and interior high-quality AAA modular pieces, as well as 615 unique meshes, 388 textures with up to 4K resolution, highly customizable textures and colors, and a sizeable example map with seven houses. The pack is available for Unreal Engine 4 and Unreal Engine 5 and supports the latter's Nanite and Lumen features.

  • Highly customizable with the ability to apply custom tillable textures for floors, walls, and ceilings.
  • Included example colors for interior and exterior walls; colors are changeable within their material. instances
  • Building assets are separate from external and internal for better culling and/or making houses with no interiors.
