Black Myth: Wukong refuses to stop its fantastic ascent: over 1.4 million people played it at the same time hours after its launch yesterday, but since then, the number reached 2,223,179. In just one day, it became the most popular single-player game, leaving behind Cyberpunk 2077, Elden Ring, and even Palworld.

Overall, Black Myth: Wukong has the second-highest concurrent player count on Steam, behind PUBG only, which saw 3,257,248 people 6 years ago.
