A Pack for Creating Vivid City Streets in Unreal Engine

PropHaus has released a new modular asset pack for Unreal Engine 5, which offers 947 unique meshes that can be used to recreate your own stunning scene of American-inspired bustling City Streets.

The pack includes both exterior and interior high-quality AAA modular pieces, 20 prebuilt building instances, including new and worn-out residential buildings, parking lots with convenience stores, and dirty street corners, as well as an example map. It is suitable for Unreal Engine 5 and utilizes Lumen and Nanite to achieve the best real-time visual effects. 

All the assets have been created to a high quality, with high-resolution textures up to 4K, and they are optimized for use in games. At this moment, the creator has created interiors for rooms on the ground floor, but the special cube map materials used in the windows make us feel that there is a different room behind each of them.
