Bartosz Styperek has released Wobbly Wiggler 2.0, introducing new features and improvements.
3D Artist Bartosz Styperek, whom you might remember for his neat Marvelous Designer-like tool for Blender, has launched Wobbly Wiggler 2.0, an upgraded version of his animation add-on for Blender that allows the user to simulate jiggle bones in just 3 clicks.
Introducing unique settings and colliders, Wobbly Wiggler lets you easily assign multiple jiggle groups to any armature and grants you the ability to manually animate bones while simulating them directly in the 3D view. All you need to do is enter the Armature Pose mode, select a few pose-bones for which you want to assign jiggle physics, and press a button to finalize the process.
The new 2.0 version of the plug-in lets you move Wiggle Bones, updates WWiggler to use angular springs, adds more realistic 'Stick Physics', provides the option to adjust Wiggle strength via influence input, and adds support for dynamic mesh colliders. Additionally, it introduces the ability to Bake jiggle and improves the user interface.
Shortly after version 2.0, the latest 2.1 release of Wobbly Wiggler further extends the capabilities of the add-on. It introduces a safer method for restoring bone colors when removing jiggle and adds an option to maintain the 'WiggleWrite' constraint. However, the author warns that this release breaks compatibility with the 2.0 version of Wobbly Wiggler, so proceed with caution.
