LogInAll hail the true king of Gondor and Arnor, brought to life in 3D by 李奥博 AoBo.
李奥博 AoBo, a 3D Artist at Tencent specializing in highly-realistic digital humans, has paid tribute to Strider, Elessar, and the one true king of Gondor and Arnor, Aragorn son of Arathorn, from Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings epic novel, recreating him in 3D.
Based on the movie trilogy's depiction of the character, AoBo's model perfectly captures the appearance of Viggo Mortensen – the actor who portrayed Aragorn in the films – and boasts incredibly lifelike facial features, down to the last expression line and skin pore. To create the character, the artist utilized ZBrush, Maya, and Substance 3D Painter, as well as Texturing XYZ's assets.
