Realistic Backstreet Alley Made in Blender & Unreal Engine 5

A combination of Megascans and custom-made assets was used to bring the scene to life.

Take a look at this incredibly authentic and realistic-looking 3D city alleyway scene, brought to life by 3D Environment/Prop Artist Arun Bharathi. With the goal of testing out the latest version of Epic Games' Unreal Engine 5, set to launch later this month, the scene was set up in UE5.4 using a combination of Megascans and self-made assets, created by Arun using Blender and Substance 3D Painter/Designer. In addition, the artist leveraged Unreal's MetaHuman toolset to add the passers-by you can see in the background.
