Toussaint: The Witcher 3-Inspired Environment Set Up in UE5

The project enabled its creator to test out UE5.2 and its Procedural Content Generation plug-in.

Technical Vegetation Artist Michael Gerard, who specializes primarily in creating gorgeous 3D environments using Unreal Engine, has unveiled Toussaint, an impressive new scene inspired by the Toussaint location from The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine DLC.

Created using 3ds Max, Gaea, Megascans, SpeedTree, Quixel Mixer, ScansLibrary materials, and Unreal Engine 5.2, the project enabled its creator to experiment with the latest version of Epic Games' engine and its Procedural Content Generation plug-in, which was used to set up the trees. Additionally, the artist utilized IA Scatter to place the vines and Fluid Flux for creating the river.
