Following three hotfixes for Baldur's Gate 3, the Head of Larian Studios Swen Vincke revealed the best-selling record-breaking game will receive one more hotfix before getting its first gigantic patch, which will include "+1,000 fixes and tweaks." Don't worry though as they have yet another patch in the works to address player suggestions.

"We're all very enthused by your feedback. It's very rewarding. Our focus now is fixing any issues you report, but we are listening to suggestions. Current roadmap: a) Hotfix 4, b) Patch 1 (+1000 fixes and tweaks), c) Patch 2. The latter will already incorporate some requests," Swen Vincke said.

In case you missed the news, Larian Studios launched the latest hotfix for Baldur's Gate 3 on August 12 – the update fixed over 200 bugs and glitches, plus dealt with several critical technical problems.

As for new features, the third hotfix introduced a new dice variant and made Scratch sniff out treasure-digging spots.

In case you're waiting for the studio to release the Dungeon Master mode for Baldur's Gate 3, we have bad news for you. Previously, Vincke addressed the possibility saying it is not planned as the development would require too much time so the mode won't be a part of future updates. Learn more here.
