UVPackmaster 3.1.3 for Blender Introduces Stack Groups

You can make the packer automatically align islands on top of each other.

UVPackmaster 3 for Blender, a fully-featured UV packing engine, got a small update. Version 3.1.3 brings a stack groups feature, which allows you to make the packer automatically align islands on top of each other before packing and then pack stacked islands together; stacked islands will not be split during packing.

This is a free update for owners of UVPackmaster 3. If you have version 1 or 2, you can upgrade to 3 only paying the difference between the new license price and the price you originally paid. New UVPackmaster 3 licenses cost $44 for one user, $159 for indie studios, and $239 for bigger companies.
