Annie Award-winner Joaquim Dos Santos will appear live on stage at VIEW Conference 2023. Together with Kemp Powers and Justin K. Thompson, Joaquim Dos Santos directed Sony Pictures Animation’s smash hit animated feature Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse.

A 20-plus-year veteran in the animation industry, Joaquim Dos Santos started his career as a storyboard artist on Sony Television’s Roughnecks: Starship Troopers Chronicles and Men in Black: The Animated Series before moving on to storyboard, direct and produce on a variety of hit animated television shows such as Warner Bros.’ Justice League Unlimited and Teen Titans, as well as Nickelodeon’s Avatar: The Last Airbender, The Legend of Korra and DreamWorks Animation’s Voltron: Legendary Defender.
Attending the conference in person, Joaquim Dos Santos will deliver an insightful and inspirational presentation about the making of Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. An English-speaking event, VIEW Conference takes place 15-20 October 2023, in the baroque city of Turin, Italy.
