The 3D Immersive Gallery is a collaborative showcase of artwork and design contributed by artists and designers from around the world. This unique art gallery captivates users as soon as they step in, drawing them immediately into its photorealistic, zen-like ambiance.

The gallery is divided into several corridors, each dedicated to an artist or designer. Similar to a real-life gallery, you can learn more about the project and the artist by checking the info card placed next to each exhibit.

"The process behind creating this exciting experience consists of two parts. First, there is the gathering, curating, and designing of the virtual space. Secondly, there are the technical aspects of the experience, which include optimization and uploading to a server. The curation and designing took up a majority of the time. We gathered multiple artists from all over the world, spanning from New York and London to South Korea. We took extra care to ensure the quality of the collected art was viewable in high quality. While the exhibition did not have a specific theme, we made sure to integrate the artwork seamlessly into the scene to achieve a cohesive transition," stated the artists.

The second phase of the project creation process involved resolving technical issues. Before constructing the experience, there was a need to optimize various elements within the scene, such as texture compression, enabling Nanite for objects, removing models with complex wireframes, and establishing a threshold for maximum texture sizes. Once rendering performance was optimized, the project was packaged for distribution and sent to 80lv as a new Metasite!
