3D Sculptor and Character Artist Hadi Karimi has amazed us with a portrait of his friend Clara modeled and textured in ZBrush. The hair was made with Maya's XGen, and the project was rendered with Arnold.
"Using Arnold's layer shader I was able to add color variation in both directions. The subtle pink balayage wouldn't have been possible with a simple hair material," the creator said on Twitter.
Karimi is known for outstanding realistic character art. We have admired his Kurt Cobain, Eminem, Christian Bale's Bruce Wayne, Girl with a Pearl Earring, and other works before.
